TEFLONPTFE/FEP/PFA

Features

Teflon offers excellent resistance to heat, cold, and chemicals, making it ideal for harsh environments. Its low-friction surface reduces wear, prevents rust, minimizes noise, and improves sealing performance.

Teflon features outstanding wear resistance, non-stick properties, and stability under high and low temperatures. It is highly resistant to acids, alkalis, and various organic solvents. These qualities make it ideal for use in the chemical, electronics, and related industries—extending the service life of metal equipment.

Common applications include stainless steel exhaust ducts, metal heating elements, and other acid- and alkali-resistant components, all of which can be treated with Teflon spray coating.

Applicable Environments & Industries

Teflon is widely used in specialized fields such as aerospace, aviation, medical, food processing, electronics, automotive, textile, and machinery industries.

It is ideal for high-performance components like pipes, seals, gaskets, valves, pump parts, wire insulation, transformer insulation, printed circuit boards, and surface coatings.

Teflon coatings can be applied to a wide range of metals, including aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, brass, magnesium, and other metal materials.
